II. CLO Alumni Foundation
a. see attached information
III. Parking Passes/Visitor Passes
a. Phil: I need copies of your license and registration to give you a parking pass, so your car isn’t towed. Everyone will be receiving visitors' passes, but we are still collecting old ones so it will be a short while before the new ones get out. Please keep track of your passes; it is a $3 fine if you lose yours. I will keep track of abuse to the system and will tow cars with forged passes. Residents get first priority in the parking lot, if the lot is full, find a visitor in the lot, check whose tag it is outside my door (S108) and ask that person to move their car. Car towing runs $70 from our lot.
IV. Power Strips
a. We have required fire strip. There are points against us for every non-code fire strip; we buy them back at the end of the year from you.

VII. Introduction of Officers
a. President
i. Phil: I'm in charges of roommate conflicts, evictions, parking lot assignments, and other responsibilities.
b. Vice-President
i. Jorge: Armando is still in Argentina so I'm speaking on his behalf. I was VP over the break, so we did many of the repairs to your rooms. Please remember that I'm no longer VP so all maintenance request forms go to Armando. DO NOT just tell him, FILL OUT A REQUEST FORM. Fire inspections will be one per month; you can expect this and expect to be fined if you are in violation, with follow-up inspections to make sure you have corrected these mistakes. Ask Armando about potential fire hazards. Workdays will be ____________.
c. Secretary
i. Phil: I was secretary before so I can tell you a bit about this, Randy's in charge of alumni correspondence, all of our mail, he also writes the fines if you don't attend a meeting without an excuse form in 24 hours ahead of the meeting
ii. Denley: Randy couldn't be here tonight, so I'm standing in as his assistant. We would like any articles residents could turn in for the newsletter, it goes out to all our alumni and friends who have contributed and would like anything you can offer. Also any resident who receives mail in a box that is not the mailbox of their room please talk to me after the meeting, we need to double check your number. He is also in charge of the office crew, which organizes our response to potential residents and all our tours and interviews, we'll be talking to board members and make sure you hold office hours this semester.
d. Treasurer
i. Eric: I'm in charge of your bills, finances, and stuff. RENT IS DUE TOMORROW. Usually your balances will be out a week ahead of time, make sure you check it so you don't go over balance. Make sure you pay on time to avoid late fees. A balance over $30 is over the limit and you will be assessed an over the limit fee. Over $100, you will be issued a notice to cure and we will start the eviction process.

i. Victoria: I'm in charge of your socials and recruitment committee. We have a form here for signing up for recruitment committee, socials committee, informal committee, or formal committee, THIS IS REQUIRED. Tomorrow is our first movie night; we have ice cream so please bring a bowl if you'd like some. We're doing Devil's Run at Millhopper; there is a signup sheet for this too, as we need to know your lunch option. There is a superbowl party too, with a signup on the office door. If you're switching rooms this semester, you must be into your new room by Saturday, and all stuff in the hallway must be in by Saturday as well.
