House Meeting Minutes
April 4th, 2007

Called to Order: 8:06 PM
I. General Announcements
a. Phone Lines
All are up and working now
b. Room Checkout
Must sign up on the office door, if residents wait until the last minute, they will be common courtesy fined
c. Contracts
CLOnes must see Phil or Victoria to be guaranteed a contract, if residents don’t sign up after meeting, your spot may be given away.
d. Missing Details
If CLOnes miss details, they are required to make up the hour, if hour not made up; it will be double fined and will owe extra hours.
II. Membership Announcements
a. Assassin
This game starts at midnight tonight. Signups are with Denley.
b. Pool Tournament
Phil will be coordinating a pool tournament with a possible prize. More than likely will be held on the weekend.
III. Officer Reports
a. President
Dealt with the fire issues with Armando, signing contracts, and giving out parking passes.
b. Vice-President
There will be an April fire inspection coming up. It will be posted soon. Locks and some doors will be replaced over the summer.
c. Secretary
Alumni BBQ will April 14th at 11 AM. The Orange and Blue game will follow at 1 PM. All residents are expected to show up and greet the alumni.
d. Treasurer
Rent is due Thursday by 6 PM. If this is residents’ last month, don’t pay the balance, because the last month’s rent will be used. The $3 fine for the parking pass is posted on the April rent balance if it was not turned in to Phil.
e. Kitchen Manager
If residents are expecting fines/bonuses for kitchen details; they will be brought up at the next fine meeting. If CLOnes still owe hours; kitchen details can be used as make up hours, just talk to Armando first. If a kitchen detail was missed by a resident, they will be scheduled for April. Keep the kitchen clean! Guest meals must be accounted for before they start eating.
f. Public Relations
Over 2000 brochures have been mailed out to Pell Grant eligible students. Make sure that if you have details, especially bathroom details, to actually do them so this place looks good for potential residents. Clean up the Rec Room after using it. Summer and Fall/Spring contracts must be signed ASAP, because Victoria is expecting to sign around 30 new residents in the upcoming week. If you want a single for the summer, let Victoria know. Roommate match signup is with Victoria. Both people must sign the form to be a valid roommate match. Fieldtrips are planned to the Botanical Gardens before summer and Ichetucknee Springs during the summer.
